Each student, regardless of background or skill level, will have the opportunity to pursue a growth mindset that will allow them to achieve mastery and to demonstrate they can succeed in school, in college, and in their chosen career.
No exceptions. No excuses.
Colorado Early Colleges Castle Rock (CECCR) is a tuition-free charter high school that provides its students an opportunity to take college classes and earn a degree. Colorado Early Colleges Castle Rock is an open-enrollment public, charter high school.
CECCR provides students in 9th-12th grades the opportunity to start working on college-level courses as soon as they are college ready. CECCR students can earn a combination of high school and college credits as they pursue a high school diploma and an Associate degree or higher-- all at no cost to Denver Metro families. CECCR pays for tuition, fees, and textbooks.
High school and community college courses (through Arapahoe Community College) are offered at the CEC Castle Rock high school campus. We also offer a CEC College Direct option that allows students to take all of their classes directly on the campus of one of our community college partners.
All courses taken must satisfy degree requirements. Students may pursue an Associate of Applied Science, Certifications, an Associate of Arts, an Associate of Science, or a four-year degree.
